FAQ's about Rebecca:

Favorite dive site? The USS Duane in Key Largo- i love wreck diving!

Favorite dive story? The first time that I swam with a whale shark- it was amazing to be able to swim with such a large and beautiful creature

Why did I learn to dive? I wish i would have learned earlier in my life but i did it because of the urging of my husband. I am naturally very claustrophobic so i always thought i could not do this. I participated in a Discover Scuba in Cozumel and found out that scuba is liberating- I've been in love with it ever since. It has changed my life!

FAQ's about Lynette:

Favorite dive site? Diving from a liveaboard in Australia is definitely my favorite diving!  The corals are healthy and beautiful, and marine life is abundant.  Sea turtles, whitetip reef sharks, masked bannerfish, tangs, humphead parrotfish, clown triggerfish, and butterflyfish were among the critters I spotted there

Why I learned to dive? I started diving because I was looking for a hobby.  Stamp collecting and embroidery weren’t very exciting.  I’ve always loved the ocean and colorful tropical aquarium fish, so I decided to try scuba diving.  I walked into the Dive Shop in 2000, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Favorite dive story: My first blue water dive in Cozumel I wanted to stop and look at everything - it was all so amazing!  But diving in Cozumel is drift diving, and stopping to look was NOT easy, especially for a new diver.  I remember trying to swim against the current to catch a glimpse of a lobster or a queen angel or an arrow crab.  I was exhausted but couldn’t wait to do it again!

FAQ's about Mark:

Favorite dive site? My favorite dive site to date is The Lighthouse site on the island of Bonaire. I love the rarely dived eco-system on that sight. Also, Bonaire is the shore diving capital of the world! 35+ dives a week!!

Favorite dive story? Too many stories to choose from but my favorite dive experience to diving with a new diver on their first dive in blue water. Their expressions are priceless when they experience the Caribbean for the first time.

Why did I learn to dive? I got certified due to the urging of my middle sister years ago.  She and I are both now PADI instructors!  I immediately fell in love with diving to the point of buying my first set of dive gear before I did my certification dives. I still use those same regulators to do pool and student certification dives.

FAQ's about Patty:

My favorite dive site : Cozumel, because it is close, cheap, and fabulous visibility.

My favorite dive stor: Last year in the flower gardens Todd farmer and I saw the most magnificent manta ray swim past us and turn it's eyes to check us out.

I learned to dive because I enjoyed my second attempt at snorkeling in Cancun. Wanted to get a better view of this foreign land.

Larry- PADI Divemaster

  • Divemaster

  • Specialty Credentials: Emergency First Responder

FAQ's about Larry:

Favorite Dive Site: Nassau Bahamas, the visibility was like looking into a glass of water. The abundant amount of marine life was so amazing, the colors were so vibrant. The pictures I had seen were nothing like seeing it in real life. I knew I was hooked.

Favorite Dive Story: I had the chance to go on a dive to feed, Black Tipped Reef Sharks, the boat had lowered the chum bucket to about (40) feet, It was scary, but also exciting knowing you was swimming with one of nature’s most dangerous creatures.

Why I learned to dive: It was on my bucket list of things to do, but I didn’t know how it going to hook me like it did. Having the ability to see things that ours only read about it is so amazing. It’s a different world under the water, when you are about 70 ft. deep and you look up to the surface and it looks diamonds falling from the sky as the sun beams dance thru the water.
